Faceted 15.75 carat sapphire set in a solid sterling silver pendant.
Comes on an 18” sterling silver plated chain.
This gem was not faceted by me, but it is 100% genuine and natural :)

I set this gem backwards in the pendant since the shape of the facet was too strange to set in any standard setting. The back is just as pretty as the front, and you can wear it either way you choose!
